The hike to Stamnesfjellet is a family-friendly summit hike (approx. 2.6 km round trip) with parking at Vårtun community center. You’ll pass a shelter at Litjvatnet.
From the summit, there’s an impressive view over the Trøndelag coast, and in good conditions you can see from Valsneset to Smøla, approximately 90 km away. This makes Stamnesfjellet one of the best viewpoints.
