Cabin 1 is idyllically located in Gjengstøa in Heim municipality, surrounded by nature, the sea, and great hiking opportunities. Here you get a peaceful base with good fishing spots, great views, and the chance to experience rich wildlife right outside your door. The cabin is about 100 m² and has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 cm), and bedrooms 2 and 3 have bunk beds with two sleeping spots in each. The beds are ready-made with fresh linens. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen (new from autumn 2025), a large living room with plenty of seating and a dining table, and a cozy winter garden with a wood-burning stove – perfect after a day outdoors. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and towels are included. Outside you will find a large terrace with great sun conditions and plenty of parking.
Boat add-on:
It is possible to rent a 19-foot Kvernø aluminum boat: 900,- per day or 6,000,- per week. The marina/berth is located not far from the cabin, and the area offers great fishing opportunities.

Nearby you can go on trips to places like Stamnesfjellet, Heimsfjellet, Ålførkammen, and Heimsvatnet – or take an excursion to Røstøya and Magerøya.
